If you have had your Covid vaccination at Leigh Sports Village, the GP Alliance will be in contact 11 weeks after your first dose to make an appointment for your second. This will be sent via text, with a unique link for you to select you appointment. If you do not have a mobile number, they will call. Please only contact the surgery if you have not been contacted by them after 11 weeks.
