The practice can accept registrations for patients residing within the practice boundary. For new patients, this must be within the ‘inner’ boundary indicated by the pink outline on the map below. We are unable to accept new registrations for new patient registering outside of the pink inner boundary.
For patients already registered at the surgery, who may move house or live at another residence, their registration can stay with the practice so long as it is within the ‘outer’ boundary which is indicated by the blue line on the map below. We are unable to accept amended registrations for patients who reside outside of the blue outer boundary
