We now have a new GP partner here at Brookmill, Dr Hilditch (M) and as a result some patients have been allocated him as their usual GP.
Patients registered with:
– Dr Twigden (After 25th September 2017)
– Dr Sniadek (After 5th March 2016)
– Dr Weems (After 28th December 2017)
Have now been reallocated to Dr Hilditch, as always patients are free to see their preferred GP.
