Your GP is unable to offer you a certificate of covid vaccination, a vaccination passport or letter to prove you have been vaccinated against covid-19.
You can however find details of all your vaccinations on the NHS App. This can be downloaded for free on a smart phone, there is no need to ask for credentials off the surgery simply add your details and your information will load.
This is different to the Patient Access App which some patients use to order repeat prescriptions, the Patient Access App can still be used however the appointments booking facility is disabled due to the use of Ask My GP.
