Qualified UCLAN 1998, Joanne joined the practice June 2022.

In my early career was spent working in the Acute setting with over 15 years spent in Accident and Emergency/walk-in-centres.  I have now been working as an Advanced Practitioner within Primary Care for the past 7 years.

Within my role I work alongside the Doctors to examine, assess, make a diagnosis and treat patients of all ages requesting acute, same-day appointments.  I also make referrals for patients for investigation or specialist review, and I am an independent prescriber.

Outside of work I enjoy walking with our family dog, socialising with friends and family, reading and yoga.
