Lorna joined the Brookmill team in 2017 and has previously worked with the CCG, Shared Services and started working in General Practice in 2011. As the Practice Manager manages the day-to-day business operations of a medical centre, is responsible for the recruitment of staff and deals with practices complaints and feedback. She has a strong interest in the IT development of the practice.
